We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Mental Health Care Worker to join our team in Sydenham, South London. The successful candidate will work closely with residents by key working and supporting with appointments, independence development, and general development.

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals supported with mental health needs. Our client has a huge presence in the mental health sector and understands the importance of supported living and the support required within this community.

The role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, increasing to £27,500 within the first year, plus opportunities for overtime. You will also benefit from a range of perks, including onsite parking, learning development academy access, education grants, leadership academy, access to medical scheme, mental wellbeing day, paid sick leave, extra annual leave, Amazon vouchers, company social events, career progression, 28 days holiday entitlement, DBS check, and pension.

To be considered for this role, you must possess a minimum Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent, and have experience working with individuals supported with mental health needs.
