Job Opportunity:

HAIL Partners is seeking a talented HR Analytics Professional to join their team. This role will focus on supporting the Compensation Manager in advancing data analytics initiatives.

  • Supporting the delivery of accurate and timely compensation reports, including rewards, salary ranges, incentive frameworks, pension schemes, and benefit plans.
  • Collaborating with the Compensation Manager and HR team to conduct market research and analyze data.
  • Creating insightful reports on HR Data using Excel, incorporating VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables, and other advanced functions.
  • Experience with Workday/HRIS systems, salary benchmarking tools, reporting tools, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with wider HR practices.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per annum.
