About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RMN) to lead our Mental Health Unit at Barchester Healthcare. As a Unit Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring the delivery of high-quality nursing and mental health care. You will assess the needs of our residents and implement person-centred care plans that make a real difference in their day-to-day lives.

Your Responsibilities
- Plan rotas, recruit, train, and mentor staff
- Build strong relationships with local regulators and social services
- Take your unit from strength to strength, with opportunities for professional development along the way

What We Offer
A competitive salary of £43,000 - £56,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer:

About You
To succeed as a Unit Nurse Manager, you will be a registered nurse with current NMC registration, experienced in providing care for older people and those with dementia. You will have a successful track record of developing care plans and detailed risk assessments, as well as up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory frameworks.
