Job Opportunity: Associate Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a skilled Associate Healthcare Professional to join our team at IDEX Consulting Ltd. As a leading defender practice with a national presence, we offer a unique opportunity for career growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of negligence claims against healthcare providers, representing a wide range of clinicians, including GPs, orthopaedic surgeons, obstetricians, ophthalmologists, maxillofacial surgeons, plastics surgeons, nurses, nursing homes, and private hospitals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our Healthcare practice, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years PQE in clinical negligence claims.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
