Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Healthcare team in our Glasgow office. The successful candidate will lead a cost management team on major healthcare projects and nationally significant programmes, setting the standard for quality and managing performance across project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead a cost management team on new and exciting, major healthcare projects and nationally significant programmes.
  2. Set the standard for quality and manage performance across project delivery.
  3. Utilize our bespoke digital tools and apps to optimize cost performance at every stage of projects.
  4. Analyze and test budgets using a reliable pool of national data.
  5. Inform clients of future cost trends by harnessing the analytical capabilities of our digital applications.
  6. Advise clients on procurement and contract strategies.

Requirements

  1. Degree or HNC level qualification.
  2. Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
  3. Leadership experience within the property and real estate sector, ideally Healthcare and/or Life Sciences.
  4. A proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle.
