Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our growing Healthcare team in our Glasgow office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cost management teams on major healthcare projects and nationally significant programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cost management teams on new and exciting healthcare projects and nationally significant programmes.
  • Collaborate with clients and design teams to forge and maintain strong relationships.
  • Set the standard for quality and manage performance across project delivery.
  • Coach and mentor the team, fostering a learning environment where best practice and lessons learned are actively shared.
  • Understand and interpret the market for our clients, anticipating challenges and collaborating to develop innovative solutions.
  • Utilize our bespoke tools and apps to optimize cost performance at every stage of projects.
  • Analyze and test budgets using a reliable pool of national data.
  • Inform clients of future cost trends by harnessing the analytical capabilities of our digital applications.
  • Advise clients on procurement and contract strategies.
Requirements
  • Degree or HNC level qualification.
  • Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
  • Leadership experience within the property and real estate sector, ideally Healthcare and/or Life Sciences.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle.
