About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our team at CT19, a medical device start-up transforming radiology with innovative technology.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and events, with previous experience in a sales and marketing environment. As a Marketing and Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Marketing with promotional activities across medical and non-medical markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out day-to-day responsibilities as directed by the Head of Marketing in support of the Marketing function
  • Coordination and logistical planning of agreed trade shows and conferences (national and international)
  • Attendance at trade shows and conferences where required
  • Lead validation and handover to sales (via CRM)
  • CRM administration
  • Managing marketing collateral for global distribution partners
  • Liaising with and support for the sales team
  • Working with internal departments to ensure that documentation is collated to support marketing activities
  • Producing marketing reports for internal stakeholders
  • Producing communications for external use (social media, PR etc.)
Requirements & Skills
  • Proven track record of providing administrative support in a fast-paced, commercial setting
  • Experience of successfully managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience of working in a sales or marketing environment
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce/Hubspot or other CRM tool would be advantageous
  • Prioritizes own workload to meet deadlines and see tasks through to their successful completion
  • Ability to develop and manage strong and effective relationships with multiple internal/external stakeholders with potentially conflicting objectives and viewpoints
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements and environments
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Proficient in the use of IT systems. Training on marketing-specific IT systems will be provided.

  • Ability to work flexibly as part of a results-focused busy team
