We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our team at CT19. As a key member of our Business Development department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Marketing with the promotional activities of our business across medical and non-medical markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out day-to-day responsibilities as directed by the Head of Marketing in support of the Marketing function
- Coordination and logistical planning of agreed trade shows and conferences (national and international)
- Attendance at trade shows and conferences where required
- Lead validation and handover to sales (via CRM)
- CRM administration
- Managing marketing collateral for global distribution partners
- Liaising with and support for the sales team
- Working with internal departments to ensure that documentation is collated to support marketing activities
- Producing marketing reports for internal stakeholders
- Producing communications for external use (social media, PR etc.)
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven track record of providing administrative support in a fast-paced, commercial setting
- Experience of successfully managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience of working in a sales or marketing environment
- Working knowledge of Salesforce/Hubspot or other CRM tool would be advantageous
- Prioritises own workload to meet deadlines and see tasks through to their successful completion
- Ability to develop and manage strong and effective relationships with multiple internal/external stakeholders with potentially conflicting objectives and viewpoints
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements and environments
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Proficient in the use of IT systems. Training on marketing-specific IT systems will be provided.
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to work flexibly as part of a results-focused busy team
