Job Title: Family Support Program Manager

At Service Care Solutions Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Support Program Manager to lead our family support services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing early help and safeguarding services to children, young people, and their families.

This challenging yet rewarding position involves working with families who are facing various challenges such as domestic violence, substance misuse, or parenting issues. You will develop and deliver high-quality family support services that meet the needs of our service users, including advice, guidance, and workshops as needed to support the well-being and development of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage existing relationships with families, agencies, and professionals to support children's welfare and development.
  • Design and implement high-quality family support services that meet the needs of our service users.
  • Foster collaboration with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience leading teams in a care or safeguarding setting.
  • Driving Licence: A full driving licence with access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £15.84 per hour, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development. This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM). The contract is initially for 3 months, with potential to extend or become permanent.
