Primary Teaching Assistant

The General Learning Support Teacher will be responsible for providing academic and personal support to students in Key Stage 2. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a welcoming primary school in Chorley and contribute to the educational development of children.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Assist class teachers in delivering lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Provide individualized support to students who require additional help.
- Prepare and maintain classroom materials and resources.
- Supervise and engage students during breaks and after-school activities.
- Proven experience working with children in an educational setting.
- A patient and empathetic approach to supporting children's development.
- Desirable: relevant qualifications or experience in education or child development.
This is a temporary opportunity, with potential for permanence. The role offers full-time hours from 8:45 AM to 3:15 PM, Monday to Friday.
