Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Photocopier Field Service Engineer to join our team due to the expansion of our service team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining photocopiers and MFDs/MFPs to ensure they are functioning at optimal levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Service, repair, and maintain photocopiers and MFDs/MFPs to meet company standards.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to clients across the South East region.
  3. Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest technology and skills.
  4. Troubleshoot software issues and perform installations and hardware movements as required.
  5. Participate in monthly and quarterly service review meetings to discuss performance and goals.
  6. Conduct proactive maintenance visits across the estate to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in servicing, repairing, and maintaining photocopiers and MFDs.
  2. Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently.
  3. Ability to attend training sessions and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot software issues.
  5. Experience with installation and movement of hardware.
  6. Knowledge of IT services across various organizations, including private and public sectors.
  7. Ability to consider customer visibility and requirements when delivering services.
  8. Desire to present services consistently and predictably to meet customer expectations.
  9. Ability to execute tasks efficiently and record accurately for timely billing.
