Head of Enterprise Portfolio Planning and Data

The Head of Enterprise Portfolio Planning and Data is a critical leadership role within the Enterprise Portfolio Management team at Imperial Brands. This position plays a vital part in driving business transformation and ensuring the delivery of large and complex cross-functional portfolio projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large and complex portfolios consisting of multiple unrelated projects with significant impact and risk.
  • Interpret business priorities to determine and adapt specific programme requirements and establish detailed plans to ensure portfolio requirements.
  • Provide technical support, coaching, and advice to portfolio and project management colleagues.
  • Develop and implement effective training programmes to drive the technical capabilities of the team.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in strategic planning and execution.
  • Ability to solve complex problems within an inclusive and innovative global business environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
