The Head of Enterprise Portfolio Planning and Data is a critical leadership role within the Enterprise Portfolio Management team at Imperial Brands. This position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in strategic planning and execution, portfolio and project management, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage large and complex portfolios, consisting of multiple unrelated projects with significant impact and risk.
  • Interpret business priorities to determine and adapt specific programme requirements, establishing detailed plans to ensure portfolio requirements.
  • Provide technical support, coaching, and advice to portfolio and project management colleagues.
  • Develop and implement effective training programmes to drive the technical capabilities of the team.
Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
