We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Leicester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing setting out and quality control services to ensure that contract works are constructed to specification in a safe manner, while maintaining accurate site records.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • To ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations and compliance with best practices.
  • Assist in preparing construction programmes, method statements, action plans, and risk assessments.
  • Conducting site settings and measurements.
  • Inspecting site work to verify compliance with specifications and drawings.
  • Agreeing on site measurements and records with clients' staff.
  • Maintaining drawing files, registers, and site filling systems.
  • Liaising with the design department to ensure updated information is used.
  • Taking off quantities from drawings for measurement purposes and assisting in requisition preparation.
  • Supporting the completion of construction documentation.
  • Ensuring high-quality workmanship in line with specifications and best practices.
  • Maintaining required quality records.

Salary: £45,000 per annum
