Senior Construction Health and Safety Specialist

This role involves working closely with the Workshop Manager to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or construction, with experience in risk assessment and COSHH.
The successful candidate will be responsible for training and development opportunities, including further qualifications like NEBOSH. They will also be involved in internal safety projects and contribute to a supportive business culture.

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out risk assessments and COSHH as part of ensuring health and safety compliance
- Support the Workshop Manager in implementing health and safety policies
- Contribute to internal safety projects and initiatives
- Participate in staff training and development programs
Requirements:
- Health and Safety Officer or similar experience
- Engineering or construction background
- IOSH certification as a minimum
