Building Project Coordinator

Streamline Search is looking for an experienced Building Project Coordinator to work on various healthcare, commercial, and education projects.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in main contracting capacity within the specified sectors, with a strong understanding of JCT / NEC Forms of Contract. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to travel occasionally.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years' estimating experience in a Main Contracting capacity within the healthcare, commercial, or education sectors.
- An Enhanced DBS check (this will be obtained by the Company as part of the onboarding process).
- An understanding of JCT / NEC Forms of Contract (advantageous but not essential).
Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package including a company car allowance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and more.
