About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Nursing Leader to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Unit Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents while providing leadership and guidance to your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement person-centred care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to ensure excellent patient care and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on resident care and progress
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Salary: £22.47 per hour (up to 48 hours per week)

About You:

  • You must be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration
  • Have experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
  • Be up-to-date with recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
