Job Summary:
SelectStaff Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team. As a Business Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the efficient operation of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full-function office and business administration support.
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries and requests.
- Raise sales orders, quotations, and proforma invoices as needed.
- Assist with customer inquiries and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Arrange engineers for installations and update internal diaries accordingly.
- Update current order spreadsheets with delivery dates.
- Support the production and development department with stock and delivery date inquiries.
- Book in parts and stock, and arrange couriers as necessary.
- Update systems and maintain accurate records.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Working Conditions:
This is a permanent, full-time position, working in an office-based environment. Parking is available on site.
