Job Summary:

SelectStaff Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team. As a Business Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the efficient operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-function office and business administration support.
  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries and requests.
  • Raise sales orders, quotations, and proforma invoices as needed.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Arrange engineers for installations and update internal diaries accordingly.
  • Update current order spreadsheets with delivery dates.
  • Support the production and development department with stock and delivery date inquiries.
  • Book in parts and stock, and arrange couriers as necessary.
  • Update systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position, working in an office-based environment. Parking is available on site.
