We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team at SelectStaff Recruitment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full-function office and business administration support.
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and respond to customer queries via email and phone.
- Raise sales orders, quotations, and proforma invoices.
- Arrange engineers for installations and update internal diaries.
- Update current order spreadsheets with delivery dates.
- Support production and development departments with stock and delivery date enquiries.
- Book in parts and stock.
- Arrange couriers.
- Update systems.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Working Arrangements:
This is a permanent full-time position, office-based with parking available. The working hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday to Thursday) with 45 minutes lunch and 8:00am - 12:30pm (Friday).
