Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to join our team at a rapidly growing telecoms reseller based in Bury.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for telecoms and IT, with a proven track record of success in new business acquisition within the SME and Mid-Market sectors.

  • Hybrid (with head office in Staffordshire, 1 day per fortnight)
  • Up to £50,000 base salary plus car allowance and generous commission structure

Our company is dedicated to providing innovative telecoms solutions to SME and Mid-Market businesses. As a small but ambitious telecoms reseller, we specialize in offering Hosted Voice, Unified Communications (UC), IT, Mobile, and Connectivity services that empower businesses to thrive in today's digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, identify, and engage with new business opportunities within the SME and Mid-Market sectors.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, demonstrating exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our telecoms solutions to effectively articulate their value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of new clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in new business acquisition within the telecoms industry.
  • Strong background in selling Hosted Voice, UC, Mobile, and Connectivity solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-based role, while also being an integral part of a collaborative team.
