Commercial Performance Lead
">We are seeking a Commercial Performance Lead to join our team at Antony James Recruitment. This role will play a pivotal part in driving sales pipeline growth and enhancing profitability within the Catering and Retail of in-flight hospitality industry.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in business development, pipeline management, bid responses, and contract profitability analysis. They should also possess excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

- Prior experience in Aviation Catering is essential.">

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Power BI, with a strong analytical mindset.">

What We Offer
