**Job Title:** Sales Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team at Vacgen Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales function, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Salary:£28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all sales-related data, including customer information, orders, and quotations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records using the CRM system
