Job Title: Funding, Liquidity, and Collateral Management Analyst/Associate

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in running the Derivative Funding Framework and analyze monthly data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Quote Funding XVA for Derivatives portfolios to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Perform regular reporting and analysis for Collateral metrics to inform business decisions.
- Analyze collateral position and movement independently to identify optimization opportunities.
- Conduct PnL analysis for Funding, Liquidity, and Collateral Management to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop control functions for various aspects of Funding to ensure compliance and risk management.
- Participate in creating new tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Negotiate with counterparties on Funding-related matters to secure favorable terms.
- Identify and implement optimization opportunities to drive business growth and profitability.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative subject or equivalent, with a strong foundation in finance and accounting.
- Experience/Knowledge: Proficiency in VBA, Excel modeling, MS Excel, Interest Rate, FX and Credit derivatives, Counterparty and Credit Risk, XVA concepts, with a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Python, Bloomberg, and other relevant tools and technologies.
