As a Site-Based Testing and Analysis Professional, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality of materials used in construction projects.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

You'll be working closely with our operational teams to conduct sampling and testing of various construction materials (aggregates and asphalt) on a daily basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all testing is carried out to the highest safety standards within your manual handling capabilities.
  • Conducting laboratory-based material testing using ovens, furnaces, sieves, weighing apparatus, chemicals, and other scientific equipment.
  • Monitoring the quality of materials for both internal and external customers.
  • Identifying potential risks/issues and reporting them to the Senior Technician.
  • Collaborating with other teams to resolve any quality-related issues.

We're seeking candidates with laboratory experience gained in the construction sector who possess knowledge of aggregate and/or asphalt testing and production. However, full training will be provided for suitable candidates.
