Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join our team.
As a key member of the organization, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational performance and supporting the organization's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience with ERP systems, database management, and integration tools. They will be able to design and implement IT solutions that optimize the flow of critical information between business systems and manufacturing processes.
About the Role
We offer an attractive salary package for this position, with a competitive annual salary of £45,000.

  • Analyzing, mapping, and optimizing data flows between ERP systems, ordering processes, and manufacturing, as well as other critical operational tools.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and workflows.
  • Developing, testing, and deploying integration solutions for business and manufacturing systems using APIs, ETL processes, or middleware platforms.
  • Managing and maintaining databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving technical issues to ensure uninterrupted system functionality.
  • Partnering with IT, production, and business teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, and their integration with manufacturing platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex system integrations.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
  • The ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of database management and querying tools, such as SQL.
  • Familiarity with programming/scripting languages, such as Python, C#, or Java.
  • Understanding of networking principles and how they apply to system integration.
