We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Racquets Manager to join our team at David Lloyd Leisure, the largest health and fitness operator in Europe. As a key member of our club management team, you will be responsible for leading our racquets team to success and ensuring our members have an exceptional experience.

About the Role

As our Racquets Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of racquets professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives
  • Developing and implementing racquets programs and services to meet the needs of our members
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of racquets services and promotions
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to inform business decisions
  • Providing coaching and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
