About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Securitas Security Services. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth by developing new business and enhancing our existing portfolio.

As a Commercial Account Manager, you will collaborate with our commercial and branch teams to deliver innovative security solutions that meet our customers' protective services requirements. Your success will be measured by customer retention, revenue growth, and meeting our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives and risk profile to support them with delivering tailored security solutions.
  • Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities aligned with your geographic area.
  • Profit & Loss Responsibility: Jointly manage branch P&L and ensure margin expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about local market trends, competitors, and customer needs to deliver actionable insights and support transformation/pipeline opportunities.
  • Client Success: Participate in client KPI/SLA meetings to ensure service alignment, performance, and satisfaction.
  • Innovation & Strategy: Work with our operations and commercial teams to deliver innovative security solutions and drive business growth.
