Commercial Account Manager

Securitas Security Services is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth by developing new business and enhancing our existing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives and risk profile to support them with delivering tailored security solutions.
- Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities aligned with your geographic area.
- Profit & Loss Responsibility: Jointly manage branch P&L and ensure margin expectations are met or exceeded.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about local market trends, competitors, and customer needs to deliver actionable insights and support transformation/pipeline opportunities.
- Client Success: Participate in client KPI/SLA meetings to ensure service alignment, performance, and satisfaction.
- Innovation & Strategy: Work with the operations and commercial teams to deliver innovative security solutions and drive business growth.
- Business Acumen and Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of business operations and commercial principles.
- Relationship Building and Networking (Account Management): Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
- Strategic Thinking and Innovation: Ability to think strategically and innovate solutions.
- Client-Centric and Results-Driven: Focus on delivering exceptional client service and achieving results.
