Salary

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary package, estimated to be around £25,183 per annum, based on a 22-hour working week. This includes a pro rata estimate of £12,329.97 per annum, reflecting the term-time only nature of the role.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Early Years General Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Explorers Class, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children aged two to four. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with children to develop sustained shared thinking, promoting effective learning characteristics, and preparing and maintaining our purpose-built learning environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Level 2 Early Years Specific Professional Qualification is essential for this role.
  • A Grade C/4 GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent is also required.
