Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at CV Technical Ltd. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing quality policies and procedures to maintain high standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement quality policies and procedures to maintain high standards.
- Ensure that quality strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives, setting product quality targets and operational needs to enable the company to function effectively.
- Establish long term quality improvement plans, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements to integrate best practices into the quality management system.
- Ensure compliance with the relevant regulations, standards and certifications (ISO9001, 14001, 45001).
- Implement lean manufacturing techniques and six sigma methodologies to optimize quality, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs related to defects and inefficiencies.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Certificate/Diploma
- A demonstrable and proven track record in the use of Quality tools; such as 8D, FEMEA, Ishikawa, Root cause, Kaizen/Six Sigma & 5Y associated Quality tools.
- A knowledgeable understanding of ISO 9001 & adherence to additional standards, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
- Experience of SAP, SharePoint, Excel
