About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd.

As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, making a positive difference every day to the lives of our Home Owners.

You will liaise with a range of customers and suppliers, managing contractors, scheduling maintenance, completing health and safety checks, and organizing activities and events for Owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance of the property and provide a first-class service to Owners
  • Co-ordinate the development and related activities
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers
  • Manage contractors and schedule maintenance
  • Complete health and safety checks
  • Organise activities and events for Owners
Requirements

We are looking for someone with experience of similar backgrounds such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health and social care sectors.

A successful Lodge Manager is someone who loves to work 'front of house' and is focused on providing a first-class customer service with excellent administration skills.

You will have an outgoing and friendly personality with a love of people, and be able to act with sensitivity and diplomacy when needed.

You will also be happy working alone and independently, using your own initiative to support with the organisation of events and the effective administration of the site.
