Job Description

This Cover Supervisor role involves providing cover for classes in secondary schools when teachers are unavailable. The successful candidate will have excellent behaviour management skills and the ability to inspire positive learning attitudes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide cover for classes in secondary schools.
  • Manage classroom behaviours and ensure students remain on task.
  • Work flexibly between Monday and Friday.
Requirements
  • Experience working as an ECT/NQT, HLTA, or Teaching Assistant in a primary, secondary, or SEN/SEMH school setting.
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary

The estimated daily rate for this role is £90-£140 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications.
