About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Brand Creative Director. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative social media strategies that drive engagement and growth for our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media plans that align with our brand's overall marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with our creative team to design and produce high-quality visual content that resonates with our target audience
  • Manage and optimize our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future content and strategy decisions
  • Work closely with our influencer marketing team to identify and partner with key influencers in the fashion and lifestyle space
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including our social media agency and influencer partners
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to inform our social media strategy
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a social media or marketing role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their respective features and capabilities
  • Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
