Job Description:

Marketing Director

The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing our brand standards, creating marketing and advertising plans, and working with outside vendors to execute these plans. This role requires a strong understanding of both the 'art' and 'science' of marketing, as well as the ability to drive decision-making through actionable initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand standards and marketing plans
  • Work with outside vendors to execute marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with franchisees to ensure community outreach is implemented
  • Create measurements for success and campaign performance
  • Manage Brand Development Fund planning, execution, budget, and invoicing
  • Oversee brand development, including establishment of brand standards and systemwide initiatives
  • Leverage unique brand positioning to develop content strategy calendars
  • Use data and analytics to understand the results of marketing efforts
  • Generate consistent reporting on marketing performance
  • Cultivate relationships with industry professionals and partners

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Extensive expertise with paid advertising strategies and vendors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Familiarity with Apple computers, Google Docs, Google Analytics, Canva, and WordPress websites
