Senior Paid Search Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Search Manager to join our team at Assembly. As a key member of our search team, you will be responsible for managing the performance of paid search campaigns for our clients, leveraging your expertise in AI-powered search practices to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: You will lead a team of Senior and Account Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality paid search campaigns.
- Campaign Management: You will be responsible for managing multiple paid search campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and ROI for our clients.
- Client Management: You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored paid search strategies to achieve their goals.
- Performance Optimization: You will analyze campaign data and optimize paid search campaigns to improve performance, ROI, and client satisfaction.
- Team Development: You will identify areas for team development and provide training and support to ensure the team has the necessary skills to deliver high-quality paid search campaigns.
- Collaboration: You will work closely with other teams within Assembly to ensure seamless delivery of paid search campaigns and drive business growth.
- Experience: You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in paid search management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality campaigns and driving business growth.
- Skills: You have excellent knowledge of paid search platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, and are proficient in data analysis and campaign optimization.
- Leadership: You have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to deliver high-quality results.
- Communication: You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
