About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paid Search Manager to join our team at Assembly. As a Senior Paid Search Manager, you will be responsible for managing the performance of paid search campaigns for our clients, utilizing your expertise in AI-powered search practices to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
- Lead a team of Senior and Account Executives in executing and optimizing paid search campaigns to the highest standards.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Campaign Management
- Develop and implement paid search strategies that align with client business objectives and drive business growth.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize results.
- Client Management
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and insights on campaign performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
- Technical Skills
- Utilize bid management platforms and other paid search technologies to manage and optimize campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in paid search, including new features and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in paid search management, with a strong understanding of AI-powered search practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong technical skills, with experience in bid management platforms and other paid search technologies.
