About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Adult Care Trainer to join our team at Connect2Care. As a Trainer and Mentor, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of adult care by training and supporting apprentices in care homes and online.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs for adult care apprentices, focusing on their individual needs and goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to apprentices in functional skills, such as English and maths, to help them become confident professionals.
  • Build strong relationships with care home employers, providing them with feedback on their apprentices' progress and development.
  • Support and mentor apprentices through face-to-face visits, online training, and ongoing guidance to help them achieve their qualifications.
About You

We are looking for a passionate care professional with experience at Senior Care Worker, Deputy Care Manager, or Care Manager level. You will need a Level 3 qualification in Adult Care and strong technology skills. A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your region are also essential.
