Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Senior Creative Artworker to join our passionate and driven team based at our Ipswich site.

As a Senior Creative Artworker, you will be the cornerstone of our creative production team, supporting our fast-paced marketing team by delivering high-quality artwork swiftly and accurately.

Your role will involve collaborating with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure our visual communications are compelling and consistent with our brand guidelines.

About This Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality artwork for various marketing channels, including print, digital, and social media.
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure artwork is delivered on time and meets the required specifications.
  • Retouch, resize, and adapt existing artwork to different formats and channels.
  • Maintain consistency of brand identity across all artwork and materials.
  • Prepare artwork for print and digital publication.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support campaign needs quickly and precisely.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and software updates to keep our production cutting-edge.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Mentor junior artworkers and guide them to maintain high production standards.
Key Skills and Qualifications

Required:

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat.
  • PowerPoint expertise, with the ability to quickly create accurate and compelling presentations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every piece of artwork meets our high standards.
  • Creative production speed, with the ability to produce high-quality work quickly and efficiently.
  • Graphic design skills, including a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
  • File preparation skills, with proficiency in preparing files for both digital and print outputs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding junior team members.

Preferred:

  • Relevant qualifications in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar marketing or creative agency role.
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing software, such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design.
