About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Creative Artworker to join our team at OCS UK & Ireland. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality artwork and visual communications that meet our brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality artwork for various marketing channels, including print, digital, and social media.
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure artwork is delivered on time and meets the required specifications.
  • Retouch, resize, and adapt existing artwork to different formats and channels.
  • Maintain consistency of brand identity across all artwork and materials.
  • Prepare final artwork files for print and digital publication.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support campaign needs quickly and precisely.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and software updates to keep our production cutting-edge.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Mentor junior artworkers and guide them to maintain high production standards.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative Artworker who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout, as well as expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat.
  • Powerpoint: Expert-level knowledge and understanding of PowerPoint, as well as the ability to quickly create accurate and compelling presentations.
  • Eye for Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every piece of artwork meets our high standards.
  • Creative Production Speed: Ability to produce high-quality work quickly and efficiently, often under tight deadlines.
  • Graphic Design Skills: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
  • File Preparation: Proficient in preparing files for both digital and print outputs.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
  • Time Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
