About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Creative Artworker to join our team at OCS UK & Ireland. As a key member of our creative production team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality artwork swiftly and accurately to support our fast-paced marketing team.

Your role will involve collaborating with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure our visual communications are compelling and consistent with our brand guidelines. You will be expected to work under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality, ensuring every piece of artwork is pixel-perfect and ready for publication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality artwork for various marketing channels, including print, digital, and social media.
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure artwork is delivered on time and meets the required specifications.
  • Retouch, resize, and adapt existing artwork to different formats and channels.
  • Maintain consistency of brand identity across all artwork and materials.
  • Prepare final artwork files for print and digital publication.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support campaign needs quickly and precisely.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and software updates to keep our production cutting-edge.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Mentor junior artworkers and guide them to maintain high production standards.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and can consistently deliver outstanding results. You will have expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat. You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.

As a senior team member, you will be expected to lead by example and mentor junior artworkers to maintain high production standards. You will be a team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
