About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Creative Artworker to join our team at OCS UK & Ireland. As a key member of our creative production team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality artwork swiftly and accurately to support our fast-paced marketing team.

Your role will involve collaborating with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure our visual communications are compelling and consistent with our brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality artwork for various marketing channels, including print, digital, and social media.
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure artwork is delivered on time and meets the required specifications.
  • Retouch, resize, and adapt existing artwork to different formats and channels.
  • Maintain consistency of brand identity across all artwork and materials.
  • Prepare final artwork files for print and digital publication.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support campaign needs quickly and precisely.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and software updates to keep our production cutting-edge.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Mentor junior artworkers and guide them to maintain high production standards.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and can consistently deliver outstanding results. You will have expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat.

You will also have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

As a senior team member, you will be expected to mentor junior artworkers and guide them to maintain high production standards.
