Hays Business Support is seeking a skilled Training Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the training team, you will be responsible for ensuring all processes are compliant, managing training course bookings, invoicing, and payments, as well as POs. Your duties will include managing the full administrative cycle of training course scheduling and training records. To succeed in this role, you will need to be a confident user of Excel, possess strong administration skills, and be able to work autonomously. You will also need to have strong relationship-building skills, be highly organized, and have excellent time management skills. In return, you will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, with a scenic office setting and a Monday to Friday schedule.
