About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Regional Care Trainer to join our team at TRC Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training and development programs to our employees and ensuring they meet our client's standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee competence.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, such as CQC and CIW.
  • Providing ongoing support to new employees to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Working closely with the training team to plan and deliver induction and CPD events.
  • Preparing and developing resources to support learning, including blended learning materials.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £36,750 per annum.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in health and social care training.
  • A relevant training qualification or teaching certificate.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a car for travel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
