Retail Team Leader Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team. As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of stock counters and delivering the end-to-end stock taking service to our clients' sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate teams of stock counters to ensure efficient and accurate stock taking
  • Develop and implement effective stock taking processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their stock taking requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Monitor and report on stock taking performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a stock taking or inventory management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel
