Retail Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team at C2 Recruitment Ltd. As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of stock counters and delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate teams of stock counters to ensure efficient and accurate stock taking
- Develop and implement effective stock taking processes and procedures
- Collaborate with clients to understand their stock taking requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Monitor and report on stock taking performance and identify areas for improvement
- Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
- Proven experience in a stock taking or inventory management role
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel to client sites as required
