Retail Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team. As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client's sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage teams of stock counters to ensure accurate and timely stock counts
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards on all sites
- Monitor and improve team productivity
- Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed
- A full driving license
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
- Basic IT skills
- Ability to remain focused under pressure
- Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision
- Willingness and ability to travel
This role will involve working unsociable hours, including early mornings and night shifts. You will be required to work on a variety of sites, including warehouses and large retail premises. You may be required to access and work with ground and high-level stock.
Please note that this role is not suitable for anyone under the age of 18 years.
