Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner - Rehabilitation in Complex Psychosis

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our innovative Rehabilitation in Complex Psychosis Community Mental Health service. As a key member of our Shared Leadership Team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex psychosis.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a pioneering multi-agency project, collaborating with colleagues from nursing, occupational therapy, psychology, psychiatry, and pharmacy. You will be responsible for monitoring the progress of our mental health rehabilitation service, supporting the expansion to other areas of the county, and providing supervision and clinical leadership to our nurses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the progress of our mental health rehabilitation service
  • Support the proposed expansion to other areas of the county
  • Provide supervision and clinical leadership to our nurses
  • Work with the leadership team to support clinical engagement and leadership of quality, health and safety, performance, and service development
Requirements:
  • Master's level qualification in management or leadership or equivalent relevant experience
  • Professional qualification in health or social care
  • Good working knowledge of wider health and social care system and structures, policies, procedures, and legislation relevant to services areas
  • Knowledge of the philosophy, principles, and national drivers underpinning services for people with mental health problems
