Salary
We offer a competitive salary of £14.89 per hour, which equates to approximately £30,971.20 per annum on a full-time basis. This includes guaranteed hours, paid overtime, a free meal on shift, paid holidays, subsidised unsocial hour travel support and enhanced sick pay. Plus, Tronc is paid monthly if you're in an eligible role.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to join our team at Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting us to provide excellent culinary experiences to our guests through delicious food, beautiful presentation and timely service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Availability to work 40 hours per week across 4 shifts (weekend availability essential)
- Experience working as a CDP in a 4/5* Hotel or restaurant (ideally 2 years as a minimum)
- City & Guilds 706/1 or NVQ equivalent
