Insurance Team Leader

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE) + Bonus
Location: Sheffield
The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Advisor or Account Handler to progress into a Team Leader role. If you have Commercial Broking or Underwriting experience and enjoy working in a lively office environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
The RoleAs a Team Leader, you will oversee a team of 3-4 account assistants and be responsible for handling commercial account renewals and new business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and motivating the Sheffield team
- Building the reputation of the branch through promotional efforts and attending events
- Handling queries and complaints
We are looking for someone with a keen interest in the UK insurance market and an outgoing personality. You will have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, a positive and problem-solving mindset, and excellent time-management skills with great attention to detail.
