The Role

As a Customer Communications Officer, you'll be responsible for producing and developing high-quality content across our key customer channels, including print, email, social media, our app and website.

You'll work closely with our Customer Communications Manager to develop creative marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement and accessibility.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in delivering and managing innovative and engaging campaigns, as well as a creative flair and keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communications strategies to engage customers and improve their experience
  • Create high-quality content for various channels, including print, digital and social media
